ADVAN’s successful efforts to be a leader in Indonesia’s technology industry market has drawn attention of the global community. Through its many endeavors, the local gadget manufacturer has been entrusted to be the “official regional sponsor” for world renowned football team, FC Barcelona.
To solidify the partnership between both parties, last Monday an MOU was signed between ADVAN and FC Barcelona (Barca), which was represented by Mr. Tjandra Lianto as ADVAN Marketing Director, Mr. Andy Gusena as ADVAN Brand Marketing Strategy, Mr. Xavier Asensi I Brufau as FCB Managing Director in Asia Pasific. The special signing ceremony was held at Gelora Bung Karno Main Stadium, Senayan, Jakarta. The event was attended by various media partners, as well as many loyal Indonesian Barca fans, known as INDOBARCA.
On this joyous occasion, ADVAN Marketing Director, Mr. Tjandra Lianto stated, “The partnership established between Barca and ADVAN, was in part of ADVAN’s attempt to create a synergy with other parties, to always ensure the best offerings for ADVAN’s loyal customers.”
Barca is highly recognized as as one of the best football teams in the world, with millions of loyal fans world wide. Through the team’s many successful achievements, on the field as well as off, they have become an inspiration to many football lovers, even in Indonesia.

It is an honor for us to present today the new sponsorship agreement with ADVAN, the first agreement signed in Indonesia.
