Police in Mamuju, West Sulawesi, are looking for a Public Order Agency (Satpol PP) officer who allegedly forced two junior high school students to have sex while he recorded them on his cell phone.

The unidentified Satpol PP officer reportedly caught two teens on a date in an abandoned building in Mamuju. He then reportedly forced the school children to have sex while he filmed the act on his cell phone.

The 67-second video shows the two minors having sex while an unknown man directs them off-camera. The man, whose face is not shown in the video, directs the teenagers and orders them to repeat certain acts.

Police were alerted of the video when it was traded around town, according to reports on

Mamuju Police Chief AKBP Darwis Rincing said police know the officer’s identity, but were still searching for him.

The West Sulawesi Legal Aid Foundation will provide assistance for the teenagers until the Satpol PP officer is brought to justice, foundation head Sukri Wandi said.

“This can cause massive psychological shock for the two innocent students,” he said.

Sukri urged Mamuju administration to promise swift action if the officer is found guilty.
