After Justin Bieber and Katy Perry, Jakarta will welcome another world famous singer: Lady Gaga.

Lady Gaga’s concert will be held at Gelora Bung Karno, Senayan, on June 3, as a part of her world “The Born This Way Ball Tour.”

At a press conference on Thursday, promoter Big Daddy Entertainment announced that the ticket box will open this Saturday, March 10, at fX Lifestyle Center starting at 10 a.m. until 5 p.m.

According to president director of Big Daddy, Michael Rusli, the show is set to be the biggest concert that Big Daddy is hosting this year.

Unlike Gaga’s indoor concerts in Singapore and Hong Kong, Gaga’s fans, whom she refers to as “little monsters,” can expect a stadium show in Jakarta.

There are five different ticket classes for Lady Gaga’s concert in Jakarta. The gold circle tickets cost Rp 2,250,000 ($250) and offer up a specially designated spot right in front of the stage. Festival and Tribune 1 tickets both cost Rp 750,000 and Tribune 2 tickets are priced at Rp 465,000. Tribune 3 tickets are for women and children, age ten and under, and cost Rp 1,250,000.

Ticket sales at fX on Saturday will accept cash, credit card and debit card for BCA and CIMB Niaga card holders.

Online ticket sales are available at www.myticket.co.id. The seating chart can be seen at Big Daddy’s Web site www.bigdaddy.co.id.

Gaga’s concert will start at 7 p.m. on June 3. The stadium will open at 5 p.m.

The singer of “Poker Face” and “Bad Romance” will fly to Jakarta with
140 crew members, 39 containers and nine private jets. As a comparison,
Michael said that Linkin Park, who attracted 20,000 visitors last year,
only took two private jets and two containers via sea transportation.

Michael said Gaga’s concert will be at least twice as big as Linkin Park’s concert last year.

Jakarta concert is going to be bigger than Singapore, Bangkok and Hong
Kong, so we expect international visitors for Gaga in Jakarta,” he said.
