After exchanging marriage vows in a Hindu ceremony in Gianyar, Bali, on Oct. 3, actress Happy Salma and her husband, photographer Tjokorda Bagus, held a traditional Sundanese wedding reception in Happy’s hometown of Cibadak, West Java, on Saturday.
“The party was incredible,” said actress Nova Eliza, who attended the celebration. “Both the bride and the groom looked radiant and very happy.”
Tjokorda and his family arrived at Happy’s residence at 10:15 a.m., wearing traditional Sundanese attire, and were warmly welcomed with a Sundanese dance.
As Tjokorda’s family is of royal Balinese descent, Happy has been bestowed with a royal title — Jero Happy Salma Wanasari — as a result of her marriage.
